How Dayton Relo collects, uses, and protects your information.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, move timeline, and persona (Military, Corporate, or Dayton Resident).
Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the app — screens visited, features used, and saved listings or tools.
Chat Messages: Messages you send to DaytonBot are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI in order to generate responses. These messages are not stored by us permanently but are transmitted to Anthropic's API.
Device Information: We may collect basic device information such as operating system type and app version for diagnostic purposes.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the third-party service providers necessary to operate the app:

Your account data is stored securely in Supabase, which uses industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We use Row Level Security to ensure users can only access their own data. We do not store payment information.

This app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately.
The app contains links to external websites (venue sites, parks, event pages, etc.). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
