The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Supabase, Anthropic, Twilio, SimplyRETS, and the Federal Reserve FRED API. Your use of these integrations may be subject to those platforms' own terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party data.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information (including listing data, rates, or event schedules) will be accurate or current at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chris Jurgens / Dayton Relo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to reliance on any information provided by the app or DaytonBot.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montgomery County, Ohio.
